KLASSY KEYS LESSON POLICY
Effective January 1, 2010
Klassy Keys Music in Clarksville, Tn. is devoted to making music both educational and fun. In
order for a student to make progress and advance, LESSON CONSISTENCY IS A MUST! It is for this reason that the following policy
was prepared.
LESSONS: All instruction is private.
Lessons are 30 minutes in length, once each week. If there are five weeks within a given pay period, there will be no additional
lesson. Each student will receive four lessons or the equivalent of, per pay period.
ARRIVAL TIME: KLASSY KEYS GOES BY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIMES ONLY. For your
convience and comfort the Music Room can be used as a waiting room while the student is taking a lesson. Klassy Keys
appreciates it when a customer is on time. In some instances, Klassy Keys doors may not open until the exact time of
the scheduled appointment. It would be appreciated if the customer waited in the parking lot until the appointed time.
ANY CUSTOMER ARRIVING BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT TIME AND THEN LEAVING BEFORE THAT SCHEDULED TIME WILL FORFEIT BOTH THE TIME AND
MONEY INVOLVED. If for any reason Klassy Keys does not open at the exact scheduled time, it will offer to the
customer a refund of that individual lesson or an opportunity to reschedule - customer's choice.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations will be accepted up to one hour before the scheduled lesson time. When possible,
24 hour notification will be appreciated, as this allows Klassy Keys to utilize time wisely. Cancellations can be made in
person, through the use of the telephone, or by leaving a message....Klassy Keys has an answering machine which is kept on
24 hours a day for such a purpose.
MAKE-UP LESSONS:
Lessons that are cancelled can be rescheduled and made up either by having:
(1) the lesson on another day of the same week
(2) a longer lesson during another week
(3)
two lessons during a different week.
CUSTOMERS
WHO CANCEL AND ARE UNWILLING TO MAKE UP THE LESSON OR
LESSONS WILL FORFEIT BOTH TIME AND MONEY. Customers Who Routinely Cancel Will Forfeit Both Time And Money.
MISSED LESSONS: Lessons are considered missed when the student is not present
at the time of the lesson and NO PRIOR NOTIFICATION has been made to Klassy Keys, either in person, by phone, or message left
on the answering machine. BOTH TIME AND MONEY ARE FORFEITED IF THIS IS TRUE.
FEES: All fees are collected in advance of the scheduled lessons. The following rates now
apply, including discounts for customers desiring multiple student or instruments.
